Here’s an interesting one for you. Tecmo, maker of Dead or Alive and the Tecmo Bowl series, was ordered to pay close to 2.5 million yen to Japanese horse-owners for improper use of actual horse names in it’s horse racing action game, Gallop Racer.

I guess “Uncle Louie’s Happy Day” is now trademarked…
